With an abundance of sunny days the Tasman District is one of New Zealand’s major apple growing regions. What better than a long, cool apple cocktail on a Sunny afternoon?

How to make a Motueka Sunday cocktail

• Tequila – 2 parts
• Midori – 2 parts
• Apple juice – 4 parts
• Lemonade

Stir the tequila, Midori and apple juice together then pour into an ice filled Collins glass and top up with lemonade.

Tip: using apple juice with a light, clear colour will let the green from the Midori shine.
