How to make a Motueka Sunday cocktail
- Tequila – 2 parts
- Midori – 2 parts
- Apple juice – 4 parts
- Lemonade
Stir the tequila, Midori and apple juice together then pour into an ice filled Collins glass and top up with lemonade.
Tip: using apple juice with a light, clear colour will let the green from the Midori shine.
